Suslight Warranty Policy

We want you to enjoy your garden lighting with complete peace of mind. That’s why every Suslight product you buy for private use comes with a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Premature LED failure (our products are designed for approx. 75,000 hours of use).

  • Faulty drivers, housings, or other components that fail under normal use.

  • Products installed and used according to our instructions.

 

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g. dropping, impact).

  • Improper installation, including failure to follow installation instructions.

  • Damage from extreme weather or events beyond the product’s specifications (e.g. flooding above IP rating, lightning strike).

  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or cosmetic scratches.

  • Modifications or repairs performed by anyone not authorized by Suslight.

Warranty Period

  • Coverage lasts 5 years from the original purchase date shown on your receipt.

  • If we replace a product, the warranty continues for the remainder of the original 5-year period.

 

Our Promise

If your product develops a covered fault during the warranty period, we will:

  1. Repair the product where possible.

  2. If repair is not practical, replace it with the same or an equivalent model.

  3. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we may issue a refund or credit for the original purchase price.

 

How to Make a Claim

  1. Keep your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

  2. If you notice a problem, contact us at info@smartgardenxl.com or via our [online warranty form].

  3. Provide: product details, proof of purchase, photos or video showing the fault, and your contact details.

  4. We will acknowledge your claim within 3 business days and guide you through the next steps.

  5. If we ask you to return the product, we’ll provide instructions.

    • If the fault is confirmed, we’ll cover the return shipping or reimburse your costs.

 

Additional Information

  • Transferability: This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

  • Statutory rights: This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your legal rights under consumer law.
